My original plan was to use narration sparingly, but after finding the right software (a combination of Descript and Audacity), I've found that it's a lot easier and less time-consuming than I imagined.
Getting lovely notes like yours makes it all worthwhile, and I do now view it as that final editing step... not just seeing how it reads, but how it sounds.
I find that I struggle to write about the excessive graft, cruelty, and corruption of this Republican Administration (it's not just Dear Leader - all of his syncophantic and self-serving enablers do not get off lightly) directly. This way, I avoid my blood boiling over... it stays on simmer, and I stay focused.
A very astute and interesting post ….great writing. Thanks….
This was great - and I loved the bonus of being able to listen too!
What a clever allegory. Love this.
The Constitution raising its hand—that image haunts.
Thank you!
